New Reveal : 2009 USD Mallett Z03

It seems these days for any new amateur car company to make a sports car, they'd go for the Chevrolet Corvette engine and chassis. Examples: the Hulme CanAm hyper-car, 2009 Zagato Perana Z-One, and recently, 2009 Stile Bertone Mantide. With that, the very talented designer, Ugur Sahin is able to fulfill his dreams that he presented last year a concept design. The new USD Mallett Z03.
To produce his car, the Dutch designer has partnered with well known Corvette tuner Mallet Cars to produce the exclusive Mallet Z03. This tuned Corvette C6 has a lot of exclusive options to offer.
First of all though, the new design. To start with, USD Mallett claim that their new carbon fiber bodywork is better than the standard C6 in cooling, downforce, and aerodynamics. while the new headlights were redesigned to better accompany the car's ZR1-like see-through hood. That new powerdome provides some extra clearance for what Ugur Sahin and Mallett have planned for the Z03 powerplants. At the back, USD Mallett have made a clear inspiration to the '69 Corvette Stingray. Overall, this body conversion is set for any new-generation Corvette including, C6, Z06, and ZR1 starting from $69,000.
As for engine options, USD Mallett is only tuning the LS7 engine in the Z06 for now (C6 and ZR1 engine tuning may come later on.) Nevertheless, the Z06 conversion has two engine modification chocies. An added supercharged that boosts the 7.0L LS7 V8 to 700 hp, or a twin-turbocharged option to output at an astonoshing 999 hp. Mallett Z03 700 hp Dead Blow Hammer Conversion will cost $32,700.00 and Mallett Z03 999 hp APS Twin Turbo Hammer Conversion will cost $35,795.00.

Well the overall conversion may cost a lot, but in the end USD Mallett has created "just under a thousand horsepower" monster 'Vette.
