New Reveal At Geneva : 2009 Giugiaro Frazer-Nash Namir

Lets cut it to the chase, we all got bored of seeing hybrid concepts. Well, here's another one. However, when we checked how it looked and the specs, we certainly got excited. So here goes:
It's a design study made by the famous Italian designer Giugiaro. Nevertheless, people who are familiar with "Frazer-Nash", knowing it as a British auto maker. Well Frazer-Nash isn't making cars anymore. In fact, Frazer-Nash developed the hybrid-electric drivetrain. So Italian design combined with British engineering; that's quite one of the best workteam there could be!
Frazer-Nash's drive train includes 814cc rotary engine driving a generator. Then the generator charges a 400V lithium polymer battery pack that feeds electrons (power) to a pair of electric motors at each front-rear axle, with a total power of 362 hp. With Giugiaro's lightweight aero dynamic design, the Namir will do 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and will go up to 187 mph. They claim it's the world's fastest hybrid car ever! And with an equivalent of 91 mpg, the Namir also manages to be one of the "greenest" electric cars ever to be produced in the future.
