SPY SHOT AND VIDEO : 2010 Audi R8 Spyder with V10

Although the R8 V12 TDI wont go into production , but this Audi you see here will go into production . It's a R8 with a soft top . But what interested us more , is the noise . This definitely doesn't sound like the usual 4.2L Audi V8 . Infact , the engine you hear is possibly the 5.0L TwinTurbo V10 found in the RS6 . Where the RS6 weighs 2 tons and has 573 hp , this R8 spyder is expected to be in the 600 hp range . Rumors also say , that the new R8 with V10 engine (it's easier to call it R10) will break the corvette ZR1 and Viper ACR times at the 'Ring .
