It's in this time, when an important auto show is coming close, we see new teasers. This time it's from Acura. It might look like just another concept we see in any auto show. However, from earlier spy shots, we know that this will come into production as a CUV rival to BMW's X6.
It hasn't got a name yet; we have to wait until the 2009 New York Auto Show next month. But from the darkened pictures, we can see that Acura has adapted a sloping roof-line that looks pretty similar to the X6. The overall shape clearly aims at Bimmer's crossover coupe.
Although it's a concept, but the spy shots proof that it's being test at the moment for production. Expect to enter production in 2010.
In production form, Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system will be making it appearance, competing with BMW's torque-sensing X-Drive.We’ll bring you more details from the 2009 New York Auto Show on April 8.
