New Reveal At Geneva : 2010 Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce

The Murcielago was been released in 2002, so Lamborghini will come up with a successor next year. Just before that happens, Lambo has just revealed a new special edition Murcielago to say goodbye to the old beast.
It's called the Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce. Lets analyse the name. SuperVeloce means as Lamborghini describes it "exceptionally purist". That means, the LP 670-4 SuperVeloce is more powerful, lighter and therefore faster than the already pretty quick LP-640 Murciélago. Compared to the LP 640 weight has been reduced by 100 kg (220 lbs).
LP 670 means that this LP 670-4 SuperVeloce is powered by a 6.5 L V12 with 670hp 487 lb-ft of torque. So this gives some serious punch. 60 mph comes in a hind of 3.2 seconds, and will go on 212 mph. That makes it the fastest Lambo ever made. Ofcourse the "-2" means that all this power is channeled to an Audi 4-wheel drive system.
The LP 670-4 doesn't look like your average Murciélago. It is one of the most aggressive looking Lamborghini’s ever. Compared to the Reventon, it's much more sleeker and simple to the messy sharp angles that make the Reventon. But compared to the original Murciélago, this is more like a racer. Notable changes are a new front air-intake that is bigger and extends much further out, blacked-out rims, carbon-fiber rear air-intakes for lighter weight and better cooling, engine cover gets three hexagonal transparent polymer plates supported by a carbon fiber framework, twin rear carbon-fiber diffuser, and a new gigantic "Aeropack Wing" fixed rear spoiler.

Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce is limited to 350 units. Also expect along the day to see the Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster. But these two models are the last Murciélagos ever before the replacement comes. This Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce is what Lambos are all about, raw simple bull. It's what we all call, a rare breed.
