SPY SHOTS : 2010 Aston Martin Rapide; spotted nearly finished

Last week, Aston Martin showed some renderings of the production four-door Aston Martin Rapide. These computer generated images were nice, but nothing compares to the real thing. Looks like this Porsche Panamera fighter is almost ready, showing us rear door handles for the first time.
Aston Martin's Rapide will be powered by a 6.0L V12 engine borrowed from its coupe brother, the DBS, producing around 500hp. We expect some pretty good performance numbers, 0-60mph surely under 5 seconds, and the top speed will be above 180mph.
Production model should debut early next spring and the first cars should be delivered to their lucky owners end of 2009. Just for the time when the ugly Panamera comes out, and we expect the production version of the Lamborghini Estoque. So get ready for a four-door supercar war!
