Nowadays , the town of Nürburg is the best place to spot prototype cars with camouflage wearing their body . Because it has the famous 13 mile Nürburgring race track . Every automaker wants to see how their projects do in 147 terrifying corners .Well today is no exception , photographers spotted the next - gen Jaguar XJ . It seems from the pictures , that little has changed . Only a new grill and bumpers . But don't forget , that this is a very early prototype going out to the public . So it will have more changes , in and out side . No information about the engine , but Jaguar have been using the same engine for a decade now (4.2 V8) . Expect this Jag to have some dynamic interior changes similar to the XF .
